The Costa del Sol has been reaffirmed as the jewel in the crown for luxury property sales in Spain. According to a recent report by Idealista.com, the Golden Triangle (consisting of three of the most popular towns on the coast; Benahav\u00eds, Marbella and Estepona) has once again been identified as the region with the most expensive homes for sale in Spain.<\/p>\n

Of the three towns, Benahav\u00eds (positioned 10 minutes inland between Estepona and Marbella) was singled out for the honor of having the most expensive street – El Coto La Zagaleta – on the Spanish peninsula! The average price for each of these La Zagaleta villas for sale is \u20ac7,043,750.<\/p>\n

Idealista’s ranking is based on an average of all property types (apartments, townhouses and villas) advertised on the same street, using only streets with at least 10 listings. Therefore, more expensive individual property prices may not be included in the calculation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
