Guadalmina
A superb beach and mountain side community of luxurious villas, mansions and golf apartments.
Guadalmina is an attractive suburb of Marbella divided by the main coastal road (A7). It is more international that the adjacent traditionally Spanish towns of Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara (the east and west respectively).
Guadalmina Baja is on the beach side, and Guadalmina Alta, is situated on the mountain side of the highway. The 36-hole golf course winds through both parts and is one of the most established courses on the coast.
Guadalmina Baja comprises mainly exclusive luxury real estate on large plots with a clear upmarket feel to it, and is now-a-days attached to Casasola (another beachside urbanization), both mainly consisting of luxurious villas. A short drive further and you are in Atalaya Baja, with a mix of townhouses and mostly smaller to medium size villas down towards the Hotel Atalaya and neighbouring the Marriott and Hacienda del Sol.
Guadalmina Alta links to the North with El Capitan and Los Arqueros Golf Resort, and during recent years, it has been developed to include an assortment of apartments situated amongst the more established villas located around the golf course.

Guadalmina is perfectly located, San Pedro is a short walk or a few minutes in the car, and Puerto Banús, Marbella and La Cañada are all within easy reach. Malaga airport is around 45 minutes by car.
