My name is Luc Mertens, co-founder of MDR Luxury Homes.
I assist international clients in the purchase of real estate on the Costa del Sol, with a clear focus on structure, overview and long-term value.
For many clients, it involves an important decision. My role is to make that process clear and manageable.
From entrepreneur to real estate consultant
Before I became active in real estate, I ran my own business in Belgium for 23 years.
That experience still forms the basis of how I work today.
I look at real estate as a decision with impact. Financially, legally and strategically.
My role is to bring structure and make risks clear.
